1. Enrollment & Admission

• Admission to Aspirane is subject to availability of seats in the selected batch and course.
• A registration fee of ₹500 is required at the time of enrollment, adjustable against the course fee.
• Aspirane reserves the right to conduct an entrance/placement test before confirming admission.
• Enrolled students must maintain academic integrity. Misconduct may result in cancellation of enrollment.

2. Fees & Payment

• Course fees are due as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Late payment may attract a penalty of ₹200 per week after the due date.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where Aspirane cancels a batch.
• In case of batch cancellation by Aspirane, the full fee for the remaining period will be refunded within 15 working days.
• Scholarship and fee waiver decisions are at the sole discretion of Aspirane management.

3. Attendance & Conduct

• A minimum attendance of 75% is required to appear in internal assessments and receive study materials.
• Students must maintain respectful conduct towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
• Use of mobile phones during class is prohibited unless specifically permitted by the instructor.
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

4. Online Classes

• Online classes are provided through our designated platform. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable.
• Recording, sharing, or distributing class content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.
• Technical issues on the student's end (internet, device) are not grounds for refund or make-up classes.
• Aspirane is not responsible for internet interruptions or third-party platform outages.

5. Study Material & Intellectual Property

• All study materials provided by Aspirane are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Aspirane.
• Photocopying, distributing, or publishing Aspirane's materials without permission is prohibited.
• All website content, logos, and branding are protected by copyright law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aspirane provides coaching services in good faith to help students prepare for their exams. However, Aspirane does not guarantee any specific result, rank, or selection in any examination. Results depend on individual effort, aptitude, and external factors beyond our control.

7. Website Use

• This website is for informational purposes. Aspirane reserves the right to modify content without prior notice.
• You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful content.
• Aspirane is not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use this website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
